Alpine Brook Harbor is in the planning stage. Where this site speaks of homes, rooms, gardens, activities or support, it describes what we would like to create, not what exists. The plans may change or may not go ahead.

Illustrations

Every picture on this website is an illustration. None is a photograph of a building, a room or a person at a completed Alpine Brook Harbor. Scenery in the pictures, such as water or mountains, may not match the site that is finally chosen.

No medical or care service

We are not a hospital, clinic, nursing service or care home, and the website does not offer medical, nursing or personal-care services. Nothing here should be used to decide how to treat, manage or prevent an illness. For medical questions, speak to your doctor. For long-term care, apply through your municipal office. In an emergency, call 119.

No professional advice

The content is not legal, tax, financial, insurance or investment advice. We do not arrange loans or insurance. Consult a lawyer (弁護士), a tax accountant (税理士), a bank or another suitably licensed person before making decisions in those areas.

Licences and registration

This website states no real estate licence number and no registration as a residence for older people, because none has been supplied. Do not assume that any home or service described here is already licensed or approved. If this matters to you, ask in writing.

The website does not claim awards, certifications, partner organisations, resident numbers or reviews, and it does not quote residents. Because there are none, you will not find any.
